Cancellation Policy

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After that time, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to make adjustments. If your order is successfully canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident wearing ENDURN. That’s why every purchase is covered by our 60-day money back guarantee. We recommend wearing your band for at least 14 days to truly experience the comfort and benefits. If you’re still not happy, you may return it anytime after 14 days and within 60 days for a refund. Please note: shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

To start a return, fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us at support@endurn.com. For faster service, please include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used when placing the order.

Damaged Items

We carefully package every order, but if your item arrives damaged, let us know within 72 hours of delivery. Email us at support@endurn.com with a clear photo of the damage. If the item qualifies, we’ll replace it at no cost.
Please note:

• Damaged packaging (like dented boxes) is not considered product damage if the item itself is intact.

• We cannot refund, replace, or accept returns for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but ENDURN is not responsible for delays outside of our control (such as courier delays, customs, or weather). If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the courier directly. ENDURN is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the courier’s possession.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee corrections. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be eligible for reshipment or refund.
