ENDURN Shipping Information

At ENDURN, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably. Please review the information below to understand how our shipping process works.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. An order is considered “dispatched” once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you. During peak times or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery time depends on your location and begins once the order has been dispatched. Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days after shipping. Please note that during peak seasons or due to customs delays (for international shipments), delivery times may be longer.

Order Changes and Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details can cause delays or cancellations. If our system detects an issue with your address, our team will email you within 3 business days to verify the details. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us at support@endurn.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee changes will be possible.

Delayed Delivery

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but some delays are outside of our control, such as courier issues, severe weather, or transportation disruptions. If we encounter a problem with your order (such as product availability, payment issues, or address verification), we will notify you as soon as possible.

Please note that ENDURN is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. However, we will keep you updated on the status of your order and assist however we can.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed to the courier, ENDURN is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist by reaching out to the courier on your behalf and providing any information needed. In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.

If your package is not found, we may recommend filing a police report. Please remember that lost or stolen packages are outside of our refund policy.
